4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation Deadline

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of travel.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before travel are non-refundable.

4.2 Transaction Fees

  • All eligible refunds will be subject to deduction of any non-refundable transaction or processing fees charged to us by third-party payment providers (including PayPal).
  • The refunded amount will be the original payment minus any such charges that are not returned to us by the payment provider.

4.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Arrive at the designated pickup location on time
  • Comply with safety instructions
  • Not bring prohibited, dangerous, or illegal items

  • Travel times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
